Our events are a great way to showcase your food, products, and talent! Every event we learn something to help us provide a better experience for our vendors, performers, and sponsors. Night Markets in Texas are proven event concepts that attract tens of thousands of attendees.

What is the next Night Market date?

What do I get when I pay for a vendor spot?

You will receive a 10 ft x 10 ft tent and a 8 ft table. Health permit is paid for by the festival as well.

What is the application deadline for the ATX Asian Night Market?
All applications are due 45 days prior to the event. If you are late you MAY be considered but you WILL be charged a late fee.

 

Do I need to fill out an application?
Yes. Applications may be filled out above. We will contact you shortly.

 

Can I pay my application fee in cash or with a credit card?

Personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks are accepted, please do not send cash. Payments can be made out to: Hello! Entertainment Group LLC. Returned checks will be charged a fee of $35.

 

Why is it important to enter my email address accurately on the application? 
The Austin Night Market team will contact you via email regarding the status of your application.  Failure to accurately enter this information may result in your application being overlooked.

 

How often is the Night Market held/hosted?
Austin Night Market is held bi-annually (if circumstances permit). It is the first Night Market of it’s kind in Texas. Vendors must re-apply each event unless signing long term contracts.

 

If I submit my application early, will I have a better chance of being accepted as a vendor?
Not necessarily. It is not first-come, first-serve for submitting applications. All applications will be considered using the selection criteria and held on file until the Festival is fully booked.

 

If I have more than one stand or location that I would like to apply for, do I need to complete a separate application and pay another application fee?
Yes. A separate application and application fee will be required for each vendor booth requested.

 

Can I apply if I don’t have a fully contained concessions trailer?

Food Trucks and Catering Trucks are permitted but space is extremely limited.

 

What’s included in the booth space?

  • ● Indoor booths include pipe and drape for side and back walls.

  • ● Outdoor booths include a tent and light fixture for specified booth size.

  • ● Basic electricity may be provided - one outlet, 110 volt/20 amp service, at no charge. If further electricity is needed there may be an additional charge.

Are tables and chairs provided?

All vendors receive a tent and a 8 ft table. If you need more, please bring your own.

 

Does my booth need to be staffed all hours of the event?

Yes, vendors are required to staff booths all hours of the event and one hour prior.  4pm to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

 

I have submitted my application, now what do I do?
You will receive an email confirmation which is proof that your application has been received and filed with our Operations Department.

 

Is the vendor fee refundable if I decide to cancel last minute?
No. Your vendor fee is non-refundable.

 

Does my application and fee carry over to be considered as a participant in future Night Markets?
No. Your application and fee are only applicable for consideration for the current Night Market. Everyone must reapply each event.
